I just replaced the cracked screen, everything worked perfect until today…. I can slide to unlock… But it won’t let me enter in the numbers for my password!

I’m assuming that you mean that the front glass was cracked and you replaced that. Chances are, there are dead zones in the new panel assembly that you installed. You may first want to open the iPad and check the connections to it as they may have become dislodged over time or not been seated properly to begin with. If that doesn’t fix the problem, you may have received a faulty product in which case you should try to return it and get a refund.
