I have been looking through this website for answers and they all say to hard reset it, but I have tried multiple times and I have also unplugged the entire power chord and let it sit for a minute and that still doesn’t work, anyone have the answer?
Hello, can you please provide more information and did you try another controller with your Xbox or the same controller with another Xbox or a windows PC?
