Problems downloading images to computer. When I connect the camera to computer via a USB cable it does not register on computer (I don’t get the alert sound), hence I can’t do anything.
Have you tried a new cable as well as a different USB port on the system? Is your camera able to charge via the USB connection? If not I suspect the cable is bad. While not as easy as plugging in your camera, you can take the memory stick out of your camera and use a Sony memory stick to USB adapter which is connected to your computer.
Please check the connection of the USB-ports. Maybe your USB-output/input doesn’t work correctly. Ich hoffe,ich konnte ihnen helfen.
