Chosen Solution
As stated above, after a recent power surge, my smart Thomson (TCL) TV is stuck on a loop, it shows the Thomson logo then reboots infinity until I pull the plug. The TV is using Android TV 9. I tried unplugging the TV and holding the power button to discharge any electricity inside the machine, I also tried downloading the update in their website but it freezes a couple seconds into the install screen. If anyone can help I would be forever grateful, currently I am in a country that is on lock down and my TV is my one way to stay sane. Please help!
