Chosen Solution
None of my camera-related apps will open and my flashlight widget has disappeared. I did all of the software troubleshooting I could find, but I now believe this is a hardware issue related to a recent drop on the top edge of the device. If my assumption is correct, which parts should I look to replace to remedy the issue?
Restart in Safe Mode, delete/deactivate Sony Movie Creator, Restart.
