Chosen Solution
We have an ipod which hasn’t been used for years. I found some treasured photos on it which I would like to import to my Windows 10 pc. Unfortunately when I start the process in Photos»Import photos although the pc recognises a device it is asking me if it is connected (it is), switched on (it is), has photos (it does), is unlocked (no idea). And I can’t get further than that. I haven’t tried to import the music yet. I have to confess now that I am not exactly IT savvy. Thanks for any help.
Hi! Try installing iTunes for Windows 10 from the Apple WEB page first and try connect the iPod again.
