I can’t get to the reset screen after following instructions to hold power key and volume up at same time. I just get the RCA screen and then the Viking Pro screen. I have tried all the you tube videos with no success.
Hi, Try using a straightened out paperclip to operate the reset button and check if that resolves the problem. Scroll down the webpage to see the location of the reset button. Hold the button operated for 1-2 seconds and release and then hold the Power button for about 5 seconds to turn on the tablet
