Hi I need your help guys I turn my laptop into sleeping mode but when I turn it on it loads and went to the Sign in page but I can’t click the “sign in" button and it won’t go to the home screen.

Press the F8 key repeatedly during the first startup screen until the Advanced Boot Options screen displays. Select Safe Mode from the Windows Advanced Options Menu and press Enter. Windows opens in Safe Mode.
