Hello, I have a turtle beach ear recon 50X. I have had for awhile and like two days ago it stopped working. I can’t hear any sound at all and yes I tried buying a new controller but it still didn’t work, so I bought a headset instead of a controller (I returned the controller) and it still didn’t work and I don’t know what to do.
Make sure in your Xbox setting output audio is to headphones as this might be the case for audio not going to your controller
