Hello there, I have a MacBook Pro 15” Core i7 2.2 GHz Late 2011. I can’t install macOS it goes to the white screen but it runs Windows 7 I want to install macOS High Sierra but after first shut down, it goes to the white screen, Also some times it has thick yellow lines on the screen but I don’t have any problem if I use windows on it.

Your Mac has two graphics systems! The discreet AMD GPU (DG) has a problem, but your Intel CPU’s Intergraded graphics (IG) services is still working! So what you are encountering is Windows is using the IG services, But your macOS install is trying to use the DG services. There is nothing you can do to fix this other than replacing the logic board. But we can tell the OS to use the IG services to run macOS!
