Hey I have an iMac that has windows on it and it needs an advisor password on it and I don’t know it at all just my step dad gave it to me as he knew I have a lot of experience with these but I’m not sure and I want to know how to reset it without advisor password because came prompt won’t work nor repair computer through f11 and I need help
Your serial number tells me it is a: Apple iMac “Core i5” 1.4 21.5-Inch (Mid-2014) Specs Identifiers: Mid-2014 - MF883LL/A - iMac14,4 - A1418 - 2805 I am not familiar with the term advisor password. What exactly do you see when the machine boots up. Where did the machine come from? Did it belong to your step dad?
