I Can T Shut Down My Macbook Screen Is Glitching And Blue Macbook Pro 13 Touch Bar 2018

It’s been super hot today and my MacBook Pro is not shutting down. The screen is blue and glitching, I also can’t move the mouse. The screen keeps going from this to black. What can I do to solve this?
