Chosen Solution
I was viewing a film and suddenly my mouse pointer disables and keyboard is malfunctioning. And when I close the lid of the computer it doesn’t gets sleep or shutdown. Kindly help me plzzz
Unplug all USB attachments and restart your PC then again plug in your mouse and keyboard. Unplug your USB Mouse and then again plug it back after few minutes. Try using a different USB Port and see if it works. Check if other USB devices are working or not. Regards, Will
