Only the s pen works to touch the screen. My finger is not working. It can’t be the digitizer because the pen works. Right? What about the heat sensor on the phone? Where would it be located in the phone? Thanks! If anyone can call me if they have an answer that would be great! 201-906-5054. Michael
Actually, the digitizer and the S-Pen digitizer are two separate pieces of equipment! The capacitive digitizer (which detects your fingers) may not be working, but the S-Pen digitizer may be completely functional. You may want to try to obtain warranty service if possible, otherwise remove the screen and reseat the digitizer/LCD cable onto the logic board.
