I Cannot Delete A Name Or Phone Number From The Menu On Cordless Phone Panasonic Landline Phone

I have gone to Edit and cleared by it does not delete the name or the phone number. This is a Panasonic Cordless Phone

Hi @June Tellier, Here’s an image from the user guide, that shows how to erase entries from the phonebook in the phone.

Select the name/number to be deleted from the phone book. Select Menu, then press the DOWN arrow. “Erase” shows on the screen, select and follow the prompts.
