Hi, I have tried to turn the device on with the power button, it will not turn on. Red light shows up when the power is plugged in but that does nothing. I opened the unit up and took the battery out, the battery was reading 3.2mah
My Anker SoundCore A3102011 Bluetooth Speaker is not turning on or off.The speaker is not connecting to any phone.The red light is always flashing.And i can also hear a buzzing sound from the speaker.
