When i turn my laptop on it goes right to windows error recovery . it says windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem:

  1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer. 2.Choose your language settings, then click next.
  2. click repair your computer. I dont have the disk its talking about. Is there any way around that?

Download the correct ISO file from: http://forum.notebookreview.com/windows-… Burn it to a DVD. Boot your laptop from the DVD. Follow the instructions you’ve already posted.

Have you tried to start the laptop in safe mode? After you press the power button start and continue to press F8 until you get the options for start up. You will have safe mode last known good configuration that worked. I would try safe mode first and see if it will boot into that. If it will not boot into safe or the last known good config does not work you can always use the Dell system restore to restore back to a working state.

fresh installation of new windowshave once same problemi have to install new windows,,

I am going to try now and download the correct ISO file from this link as you suggested. http://forum.notebookreview.com/windows-
