I have tried going into bios and doing a restart, I have tried a lot of the general methods which involve removing a lot of the power from the hardware and then restarting. still no luck (followed the advice on the hp omen site.)
If you’re referring to the point when you boot up, and get to the Windows screen, then it restarts or shuts off, then that is typically the result of 1 (or more if it takes more than one) incompatible/bad memory rail (RAM). This “may” also be from a bad processor, but it’s likely the former than the latter. Good Luck! :-)) ~Ibuprophen
