I have a 120 gb zune when I plug it in I get no response , I try to turn it on no response …can anyone help me I would greatly appreciate it…thank you in advance
@synestar all of the issue point toward a failed battery. Possibly discharged below it’s charging threshold. Replace it by using this guide Microsoft Zune 80 Repair which should be identical to your 120GB
