I Change My Apple Watch 4 44Mm Screen But Still Off What Can I Do Apple Watch Series 4

So I ordered the iFixit replacement screen for the Apple Watch 4 44mm and I changed it but since I’ve change it the screen stills black. The Watch is on because it vibrates and the buttons respond with vibrations but the screen stills off. I’ve tried to put the broken one again and still black, What can I do?

Try disconnecting the battery and trying again… Failing that replace the screen flex What originally happened to the watch requiring a screen replacement and was it working before???
