2002 Jeep changed head gaskets pit everything back together timing set right idles like it wants to die if I have my foot on gas won’t die I’ve cleared codes and gives me new ones seems like runs likes there a vacuum leak Update (04/03/2019) I’ve check all vacuum lines and fixed bad ones
Sound like timing chain is off by one tooth? Compression check will tell you. If you advanced the timing all the cylinders on that side will read high pressure. If you retarded the pressure will be very low. I think that motor should be in the 140-160 range (even with lots of miles on it). Vacuum leak?
