Chosen Solution
Last night while I was sleeping and my phone was charging I woke up and saw my virgin mobile (my cellular provider) logo and it was frozen there, but I didn’t think anything of it and went back to bed. But now here I am everytime i try to power it all the way back on it keeps stopping at that one point and wont turn on. charging it doesn’t help clearing the cache doesn’t help. and I don’t want to factory reset it unless i absolutely have to.
Before you reset the phone try to put it on the download mode. I think it’s volume down /home button and power. Google for instructions. Then restart the phone. Good luck
