Once its iCloud lock its iCloud locked. Theres no easy way to do it. They way to do it is to send it to apple and since it is probably stolen, they will send it to the rightful owner. No clue why you bought it without doing research first but your screwed and theres nothing you can do.
use dns bypass to view the contents and then figure out the original owners apple id or email them and ask for them to release it from the cloud.
