I did a factory reset on my ZTE Blade A7 Prime and now when I go onto the play store to get my apps back I get “connection timed out" it won’t load at all.

Hi @madisonnicole , Try updating the Play Store app. Open the Play Store app and then tap on Settings > Build version and follow the prompts. Make sure that the phone has an internet connection i.e. mobile phone connection or WiFi connection to the internet
