I dropped my iPhone5c and the screen is black. It says unmuted screen locked. I never even got to set it up. What is wrong with my iPhone? Please help!!
Try restarting it by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo. If you are still having problems try a DFU reset.
