I dropped my phone while I was in a parking lot and it hit the ground hard. I had a case on when it happened so nothing is cracked but my phone wont turn on and the screen wont wake up. what could be wrong with it and what do I do?
It could be a few different things. It could be that the battery or screen connectors popped loose. That happens. It could be that the LCD got broken. Start by making sure that its not just the screen by plugging it into your computer. If the computer sees it, there is a good chance it could just be a dead LCD.
