my phone has been dropped in water as a prank by my friends. now, the phone’s screen is black, I dont, know if I can remove the battery or not. It works, it’s just that the screen is black considering i get the vibrations for notifications
It sounds like you damaged the screen. You will need to replace the screen with frame. You will need to take the back cover off and remove the Phillips screws and take the mid frame off (this is not the same frame for the screen). The you can unhook the battery. You can check the board for corrosion and clean it with alcohol and a soft brush. Ifixit has some repair videos and you can also find more videos on YouTube. You will also need a precut adhesive for the back cover. I hope this helps
