I forget my Samsung duos smart phone screen lock pattern?I want to get it back? Could you help me?

Normally if you try to unlock the screen and fail for a several Times the Phone should give you the option to unlock it by using your Google Account on the Phone. Otherwise you can delete the Screen Lock only when you have a rooted phone.
