@shezzy88, You can reset your iCloud password via iCloud.com, or via another Apple device. IMEI isn’t something you’re supposed to remember.. The shortcut for IMEI is *#06# - Are you talking about your lock code, and not IMEI? If you forgot your device lock code, you have to restore your phone (NB! Will erase data). You can erase the phone by putting it in recovery mode and the connecting to iTunes or a Mac, then resetting the device, followed by a restore from a backup, assuming you have backups.
IMEI can be found on the activation screen.
