I have another Dell Inspiron and I forgot my login password and now I cant get into my laptop. How do I fix it or is there a way I can reset it without being logged in?

Try Trinity Rescue Kit you have to burn it to a cd/dvd and then boot from it. This will allow you to bypass the password and change it once you are in.
