Greetings, Depending what tablet you are using you can reset your device by doing hard reset. Unfortunatly it will delete all your data and the device will be set as new one. Since you have not mentioned your android device brand and model I cannot tell you how to do it but you can easily find out by doing search on Google “XXBRANDXXXX XXMODELXX hard reset”. Best regards
