I cannot unlock my phone because I forgot the password. Also, no, when I try to factory reset the password, it asks for the password please help me
Google’s Find My Device feature allows you to perform a factory reset on your phone from any device. Go to https://www.google.com/android/find and sign into your account. Choose your phone from the list and select Erase Device at the bottom of the webpage. Your phone should reset and you will be able to create your account again.
