Samsung Galaxy core 2 i tried rebooting it after the system format but it just went off and it refuses to turn on completely , tried charging it it does not show the charging logo it is just black
Formatting the system from CWM means you have completely erased your operating system from your phone, so what you describe is expected behavior. What you now need to do if you can still get into CMW recovery is grab a ROM from forum.xda-developers.com or lineageos.org and flash the new ROM to boot your phone. To do so, you need to download the ROM and put it on a microSD card, and put the microSD card in your phone. CWM should hopefully see it as external storage and be able to access the files. Also, in the future, switch to TWRP, so you get warned about these things.
