printer error even though I cleared paper jam
U more than likely still have paper jammed where u can’t see it. Have u lifted the main lid as well looking into the machines mechanics? There is a wheel that feeds the paper through machine . Spin a few rotations and see if more paper appears or comes out.
Hello Henry, It may because of cleaning process, if it is not done properly, printer show paper jam error again and again.
