Hi I was in the bath and my phone fell into the water though I quickly retrieved it out. But I have to cracks at the top and it now controls its self and a few parts of the screen are unresponsive. Currently have it in a bag of rice
more than likely the water damaged the digitizer. you will need a screen assembly replacement to fix that. while you’re at it, I would also look into cleaning out the phone with isopropyl and a toothbrush to make sure it doesn’t corrode
