Chosen Solution

Over the last month I have 3 iPhone 6’s come into my shop all with the same complaint that it won’t turn on. All three of these phones look like they are fresh out of the box, screen, chassis and internals are pristine but they are dead. 2 of the 3 customers say the phone was dropped previous to issue but they we in a good protective case. I have tried to change the charging dock and battery, neither of which have made any difference. Has anybody had any luck in a situation like this?

Try this …. Press the Power Button for 10 seconds. Release the Power Button and hold the Home button for another 10 seconds. Now you connect your iPhone to iTunes, which should recognize the phone in recovery mode. Now you can try to restore it.

Already tried to push the power and home button at the same time ? It could be a hardware problem.. Already tried changing the battery ? Try with a CHARGED battery maybe it’s the charging IC. Let me know how it turned out ! Louis

There is a lot of info regarding bad/defective NAND flash chips with the 64GB AND 128GB MODELS. I haven’t been able to find a solution. Check with Apple support.
