I have a black dot on my 90 inch Visio TV it also has some white spots in the left-hand side corner And when I turned it on yesterday it started to make this crackling sound and the TV turned off when I turned it back on the sound was not there can you tell me what’s going on and what I can do to replace anything that’s wrong with the TV

Does the problem persist regardless of the image on the tv? If so it sounds like you are experiencing some dead pixels which are unfortunately not repairable. I would recommend contacting the manufacturer about a warranty as this does sound like a defect.
