I just put new batteries in him and he’s supposed to dance to music playing. The music and talking happens, he does one move then a loud whining and the music and talking continues.
The motor is most definitely stuck, it tries to move then it grinds, thus producing a loud whining. You’d have to take it apart and lubricate its gears, and try to spin the motors on the inside. You could try to manually move it while its playing and see if then it will start up dancing. If he keeps whining, the motor will eventually burn out from the strain.
