How do I get a schematic and values of componets so as to figure out where logic board is not sending power to the LED backlight.
The displays teardown has the needed info : Apple Thunderbolt Display Teardown. Take a look at Step12 you’ll need to replace the Supertex HV9982 3-channel switch-mode LED driver IC.
