The volume part of the manual button quit working and the remote has been lost, is there a way to connect a universal remote with out either?
Nathan Wood yes, that should work for as long as your TV’s IR board is still working. No reason to believe it is not. Just follow the instructions for the Universal remote about how to sync to your TV.
