Chosen Solution

the IMS has stopped working which i have been to store where i got it to talk to a samsung rep had no idea and then went to a at&t store because first i could get in calls do to static and was told needed a sim card as soon as that was put in i got the horrible pain in the ass pop up…..please help tried doing everything they have asked and more

  1. Clear the cache data and force stop the messaging applicaiton.
  2. Disable Messages Back-up in your settings
  3. Clear the cache partition of your device If it doesnt fix it let me know
