Hi @djt77 Please verify the make and model number of the device where this board comes from? For starters a capacitor C27 has blown. The component ID for the component that has failed to the left of it as seen in the images you posted, is obscured presumably by the remnants of the component. Gently lift the part of the component down at the end next to where C27 is marked on the board and check what it shows there. To know the values of the failed components so that replacements can be found, the schematic or the parts list for the board (or device) would need to be found. The schematic would also help to find out why they failed, in case when they are replaced they fail again very soon afterwards e.g. there may be another faulty component that caused the problem but it is not visually apparent that it is faulty.
