IHave a HP 250 laptop and I think it may have a virus I can’t put my pin number in and I have no internet what so ever can some one tell me if I can still get it fixed please
@as2134 Pin # in where? Disconnect your computer from however you connect it to the internet. First scan your computer with an antivirus program as well as an anti-malware program. After that let us know what it found. Yes it is possible to fix this but can be very cumbersome. Always make sure that you backup your important files.
I got your last message, if it wont accept your pin then the pin is wrong and its been changed. or something has happened to the operating system either way it wont let you in on your correct pin. At this point it becomes very difficult to guide you without being in front of the machine itself I would suggest that you contact a local pc shop and ask them to take a look for you. or you could be at this for months and not get anywhere
