Hi, so I’ve had this tablet for a couple years I got it from my grandmother. I never really used it but about a year ago I started to use it a lot more but one day this weird line of dots showed up even when it was off. Plus, half of my screen stopped responding to touch can someone please help?
Hi @rainbog , What is the make and model number of the tablet? The screen has been scratched and is cracked and needs to be replaced. Here’s a zoomed in image where the fault line can plainly be seen. The dots seems to be just reflections of light from where it seems the screen has been punctured? as well (if that is the correct word) as they appear to be indentations at set intervals.
