Stuck wrist pin on stator side of my yamaha fz1 how do I remove it?
@manesgirl , Melinda Giles , Wrist pin stuck, You may be able to heat it up with a heat gun and a wrist pin puller should get it out. No puller on hand, heat up the area around the pin, quickly(for protection) put a block of wood behind piston opposite side of how you will drive the pin out, using appropriate size socket(a little smaller O.D. then pin) with extension and a hefty hammer to drive pin out, reheat if pin stops moving and repeat.
