My camera is disabled and I’m trying to get it back. On my zte zmax pro there is no enable options or anything. I had reset my app preferences and it still not working.
Kera Whitaker, Shut off phone, hold down the volume up button and power button at the simultaneously, white screen should appear, release power button, a secondary darker screen should appear, then select reboot system. If still not up and running, do a factory reset, following the step by step procedure in the link below. Good luck. Did you disable any bloutware within the past few weeks?! I had the Zmax Pro for over a year and i force stopped some of the bloutware and a few weeks later my camera stopped working,why it took so long?? Cant tell ya,but it did. If you did try reinstalling and see if glitch clears up.
