My Ares 11A goes gray with lines even after resetting. It doesn’t do it when I’m not online. Turning it off and back on brings it back but for a short time. And now it turns off alot. I’ve only had it about 1 year.
Hi, You may wish to check on how old it is. There is a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on the device. If the warranty period is still valid and you have retained your sales receipt (proof of purchase), follow the directions in the warranty statement on how to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty replacement
