Hello, I have recently forgotten my phone password. I have heard that you, repairmans, can access our devices. I am wondering if you can access my phone and save my data. As I don’t have a back up or anything to save my data for myself. Then reset my phone and restore the data back on my phone. Can that be done. Contact my email taliya.harris@portsk12.com. It’s my school email as I can’t access the one on my phone.
did you reset the phone and thats why it is asking for a password or are you able to get into the settings menu on the phone
