HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 is not printing in black ink
If you see an “0x6100004a” error, your printer must be serviced. Otherwise, you may have a bad cartridge.
If it’s been a while since something was printed, it could very well be that the head is clogged. I had that problem with my printer recently. You can probably find a tutorial online on how to clean it with some acetone.
Try setting print options to gray scale and print a test job. If you still do not see anything then you may have a defective ink cartridge or the print head needs to be cleaned or replaced.
