Chosen Solution
Hey guys, I have an issue with my Xbox one. Yesterday I was using one controller when I decided to charge it. I plugged it the cable and suddenly the controller stopped working. I reconnected it but it did not work. I restarted the console, same problem. I could use the controller in the main menu of the xbox but not in the game (Worms) so I quite the game and restarted it. Still the controller did not work. I disconnected the controller from the charger and it started blinking very fast for a few seconds and went off. Therefore I tried to use the other controller I have and the xbox one doesnt even recognize it. Now non of them even turns on. Both of them are fully charged. And the xbox one charged works fine. Can you help me somehow???
Heya Guys!!! I just bought another controller. I did try to sync them again changed batteries, charged them the whole night but the Xbox just did not recognize them :( A friend lend me his own controller and it worked fine so I just bought a new one…. Thank you anyways!
